Gastrin-17: Data sheets:
Monoclonal antibody ton PEPSINOGEN I Clone 4C6.1 (IgG1)100 mg immunoglobulin in 1 ml PBS solution containing 1.0% (w/v) BSA and 0.09 % (w/v) sodium azide.
The product is for research use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been published. Use in human clinical diagnosis is the respo´nsability of the user. This product should be stored at +2…+8 °C.
Monoclonal antibody to pepsinogen I is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Pepsinogen I purified from human tissue was used as an immunogen.
Specificity
The antibody is specific to human
pepsinogen I and has no crossreactivity to human pepsinogen II.
Applications
Immunohistochemical stainings,
Western blotting and enzyme-immunoassays.

Monoclonal antibody to gastrin-17 is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Synthetic (modified) gastrin-17 coupled to thyroglobulin was used as an immunogen.
Specificity
The antibody is specific to
gastrin-17 with no crossreactivity to gastrin-34 or cholecystokinin.
Applications
Immunohistochemical stainings,
enzyme-immunoassays
